Welcome to the 'Interactive Tibetan' web site. Today I have made the first version of what I hope will be many more Tibetan Language Learning Tools to come. I previously had started to create instructional videos for the purposes of learning the Tibetan language. I have decided to supplement these videos with interactive exercises and drills that you can use on your computer to practice and learn the Tibetan language. My hope is that the combination of the videos and the interactive software will make learning Tibetan easy and approachable to people who otherwise would not make the effort to be self taught in such an obscure language, despite their interest. I should make it clear that I do not know Tibetan myself. It is my intention to learn and to share with others while I am learning. So, enjoy!

* Disclaimer - It should be noted that the resources I use to create the videos and software, be it the approach to learning, images, audio, etc, are not all owned by me. However, the software and videos are entirely done by me and are intended to be offered freely to anyone who has an interest in learning. There are numerous scattered resources that I have been using to create the software and videos. They will not be mentioned for fear of copyright infringement. I hope that by offering these Interactive Tibetan Language Learning Tools free of charge to everyone, I am avoiding any potential illegal actions in regards to copyright infringement. Nevertheless, if in fact, it is the case that I am breaking any laws and the owners of the intellectual property (books, web sites, Audio CD’s) that I am using feel it is necessary to have the content removed from the web, I will undoubtedly oblige their request.

*The Interactive Tibetan Learning Tools are self extracting software. All you need is Windows. Just click and it will automatically load. I promise there is no danger to your computer and that there are no viruses in this software. The software was made by using gamemaker.exe
